Narcissism is a personality trait that is very resistant to change or modification. It is very unlikely for a Narcissist to make meaningful and significant changes in their behaviours. The fragile ego is another trait that we see consistently with narcissism. Deceit or some sort of rule breaking behaviour or manipulation is extremely common as well. They all tend to need some sort of supply or outside validation to regulate their emotions… Of course, lack of empathy, no narcissist has a typical amount of that. A hallmark trait of narcissism is difficulty with interpersonal relationships, they pretty much all fail here….. but not all Narcissists are grandiose, materialistic, good-looking leaders and charmers….
