In this article, I will be addressing one of the most common questions that is asked about relationships. Granted, it can be somewhat confusing and difficult to know the difference between a little white lie and gaslighting, especially when you find someone attractive, are deeply in love, or simply want your relationship to work. Whether this is your first time dealing with a narcissist or you intend it to be your last time dealing with toxic abuse, read on.

Red Flags

First, let us define the Red Flags that are seen as the most common forms of abuse or toxic behaviour that exists in relationships:

  1. Emotional Abuse
  2. Sexual Abuse
  3. Financial Abuse
  4. Physical Abuse
  5. Mental Abuse
  6. Verbal Abuse.
